Factory Flats, Durnford Road, Southampton (April 2023 - February 2024)

Purchased in April 2023, this derelict commercial unit in the heart of the St Mary’s area in Southampton had been a clothing factory since the early 1980’s. Working closely with Knight Architectural Design from their Port Solent offices, we were able to come up with a creative design for 3 flats utilising the existing footprint. With modern insulation standards, use of solar panels, along with the smart use of space and vaulted ceilings a really desirable and eco-friendly building has been created.
